  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging, along with all accessories or freebies received.
  • Personalized or customized items, including engraved or specially branded gifts, are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food or flowers.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or personalized items.
  • Items marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”

3. Process for Returns

  1. Initiate a Return: To start the return process, email us at support@unwraphub.com with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Approval: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or instructions.
  3. Shipping: Package the item securely and include the original invoice. Ship it back to the address provided.

4. Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be credited to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please get in touch with us within 48 hours of delivery at support@unwraphub.com.
  • Provide details and, if possible, include pictures of the damaged product.
  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference.

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted for eligible items within the 7-day return window.
  • The exchanged item must meet the return eligibility criteria.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
